Charleston County Dept. Of Public Safety - EMT Academy Graduates - BHM Spotlight Series

I chat with Isabella, Brittney, Ashanti, and Ty, recent Charleston County EMS EMT Academy graduates. The academy which operates under Charleston County Government Public Safety Directorate was created as a community-based program to attract and recruit individuals from Charleston who are interested in pursuing a career in the medical field. The Academy’s main objective is to address staffing issues and promote diversity in the medical field by providing a platform for aspiring EMTs to receive paid training and education.
